Live Golf, Experience Valle Romano

Top quality residential complex right on the Costa del Sol – a place to live and enjoy life around a first class golf course 365 days a year, a project with a surface area of 122 hectares in which the utmost care has been taken with all details, but in particular with regard to respect for the environment and the efficient use of energy resources. Its impressive 18-hole golf course is a design of Cabell B. Robinson.

Golf Course is located in one of the world’s main tourist destinations – in the municipality of Estepona, right on the Costa del Sol, in the south of Spain. Estepona enjoys an exceptional climate, with mean temperatures in spring of 21º C, summer 25º C, autumn 16º C and winter 14º C. This climate is ideal for practising golf throughout the year and for this reason, the widest range of golf courses in Europe is concentrated in this region. Furthermore, Valle Romano is close to large centres of population such as Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Sotogrande, Algeciras, Gibraltar and Seville.

For its part, the golf course combines features that make it unique in terms of design, location and as a model of sustainability. It not only complies with the regulations in force governing environmental matters, but priority has also been given in the course of its construction to preserving as much surface area of vegetation as possible, so that it may serve as a refuge for native flora and fauna.

This is an exceptional 18-hole course, built in accordance with the most stringent standards of quality as set out by the United States Golf Association of America, with a “Tifsport” lawn certified by the University of Georgia, and equipped with a very sophisticated watering system that uses state-of-the-art technology.

The Valle Romano golf course is the brainchild of Cabell B. Robinson, one of the most renowned designers of golf courses in the world. Among the projects he has carried out are numerous prestigious golf courses in Spain, France, Morocco, Switzerland, Portugal, Cyprus and Italy.
